As a founder of a leadership training academy, Priya believes in giving back to the community through her internationally-recognized outreach projects and creating leaders for a better tomorrow.

She organizes or sponsors many events to support non-profit organizations that work dedicatedly towards supporting a cause.

On January 18, 2020, Priya along with the Youth Leaders of Enspire Academy organized SWEY' (-Speak, Write & Express Yourself), a Central & South Jersey wide half-a-day event, to provide an opportunity for kids & youth from age groups of 7 yrs - 25 yrs to showcase their communication skills.

All proceeds generated from SWEY 2020 were donated to non-profit organizations supporting education.

In May 2019, Priya sponsored the innovation fair organized by West Windsor-Plainsboro Education Foundation aimed to improve education facilities in schools.

Since 2016, Priya has been collaborating with the non-profit organization, SAMHIN, an initiative to support mental health by spreading their message and inspiring people to work for the cause. In Dec 2017, Priya came forward to sponsor their annual convention as well.

Since 2016, Priya has been collaborating with the non-profit organization, Susan G Komen, New Jersey an initiative to prevent and cure breast cancer by supporting research and creating awareness In Nov 2017, Priya along with the youth leaders of Enspire Academy came forward to volunteer to help conduct their annual "Pink Walk".
